The City's Gate Church is a Presbyterian Church of America congregation in the heart of Harrisburg faithful to the affirmations of historic Christianity and committed to glorifying God. - have a deep understanding of scripture and be able to apply the truths of scriptures to all spheres of life;
- understand and be able to articulate the importance of “the body” – i.e., the church – to a Christ-centered life;
- be theologically sophisticated;
- be Reformed in world view and ministry;
- understand ministry to encompass evangelism, cultural engagement, apologetics, and meeting individual and social needs;
