Welcome to the City's Gate

Welcome to the website of The City’s Gate Presbyterian Church—a vibrant, friendly church located in the city of Harrisburg, PA.  We encourage you to get to know us by perusing our site and by joining us for worship on Sunday morning at 10am.   At our church there are a variety of ways to serve Christ and our community and to make some great friends along the way.  You might consider the four main areas of service in our church: worship, fellowship, outreach and teaching. Each area is led by an elder and has a dedicated page on this site.  Please feel free to contact any elder to learn more about The City’s Gate.  Enjoy your visit!

Our Vision & Mission

The City’s Gate PCA seeks to set a table of grace for people in the communities of Harrisburg.
God created humanity with a deep hunger for Him. Throughout the whole Bible, the image of the banquet remains the central image of life—both at life’s creation and in life’s fulfillment: “…that you eat and drink at my table in my kingdom.” For that reason, we seek to set a table of grace where we eat together and are joined by the communities of Harrisburg.
